  • Can I transfer the money to you then you pay to other supplier?

    I understand your idea of simplifying the payment process, but unfortunately, I cannot make payments on your behalf to other suppliers. This is mainly to avoid financial disputes and risks, and to protect the legal rights of both parties. If you are concerned about coordination difficulties, I can help synchronize our cooperative logistics, installation, and other supporting services to optimize the overall process as much as possible. However, for payment, it is still recommended to settle separately with the corresponding suppliers.

  • Can I delivery the goods from other supplier to your factory? Then load together?

    We can combine the shipment. Just let me know the arrival times and specifications of the other goods, and we will coordinate loading them together to ensure they are delivered to the designated location. If there are any special requirements, just mention them in advance.

  • When will you leave your factory and to have your spring festival holidays?

    During the Spring Festival holiday, we usually take about seven days off, but we will also complete your tasks according to the schedule.

  • Can the equipment be installed under hot weather?

    Sure! We have a well-established installation plan for hot weather. Our equipment and construction team are both suited for high-temperature environments. We'll ensure comprehensive protection and complete the installation smoothly, so you can rest assured~

  • Can Your products be installed under the cold weather?

    Sure! We have a complete cold-weather installation plan. The cold-weather installation will focus on three key points: first, preheating the equipment's hydraulic and electrical systems in advance; second, working during periods of higher daytime temperatures to avoid component brittleness; and third, using insulating materials to protect key components, ensuring installation accuracy and the subsequent operational stability of the equipment.

  • Do You have office in shanghai or guangzhou that i can visit?

    Not at the moment. Are you looking for an on-site discussion, an inspection, or do you have after-sales needs? You can tell me your specific requirements, and I will help arrange the appropriate personnel or resources to ensure proper service.

  • Can you send your staff to install the equipment for us?

  • Can I only buy some spare parts from you?

    No problem! Purchasing spare parts separately is a routine service. Please provide the equipment model and the specific spare part names, and we will accurately match the original manufacturer parts to avoid compatibility issues. We will also inform you of the stock status, supply lead time, and pricing, and can provide corresponding installation guidance to ensure you can replace and use them smoothly.

  • Will you will attend the fair to show your products?

    Currently, there isn't any, but if you want to learn about the product in person, I can help arrange a one-on-one meeting with the regional manager; we can also share the latest product information and case studies.   • Can you send your equipment to my warehouse in guangzhou?

    No problem! Delivery from the Guangzhou warehouse is part of our regular service. Please let us know the unloading conditions at the warehouse and whether an appointment is required for entry. We will arrange the appropriate logistics vehicle based on the size and weight of the equipment, and use professional packaging to prevent damage during transportation, while monitoring the delivery status throughout the process. <

    We customize packaging solutions based on the size, weight, and precision of the equipment. Small devices are packed in reinforced corrugated boxes with pearl cotton cushioning, medium-sized devices are secured on wooden pallets with stretch film, and large precision equipment uses solid wood crates with internal shock-absorbing foam filling. All packaging is tested for drop resistance, moisture resistance, and scratch resistance to ensure no damage during transportation.

  • How long it will take from guangzhou to your factory?

    Direct trains take approximately between 23 hours and 42 minutes to 30 hours and 4 minutes. The flight time from Guangzhou to Tangshan is usually around 2 hours and 30 minutes to 3 hours, with the exact duration affected by flight routes, weather conditions, and other factors. Driving or taking a long-distance bus from Guangzhou to Tangshan covers a long distance and takes about 20 hours, with the exact time depending on road conditions and driving speed.

If the damage is caused by human factors, exceeds the warranty period, or involves non-standard special parts, they will be provided at cost price, with transparent pricing and no extra fees.
