    In terms of processing capabilities, our company is truly confident. The workshop is equipped with an 8.5-meter CNC gantry machining center, a 6-meter floor-type boring and milling machine, as well as CNC lathes, grinding machines, and large welding equipment. We can handle both rough and precision machining, processing parts up to 8.5 meters long and weighing 50 tons. We are also versatile in materials, handling high-manganese steel, 40Cr, stainless steel, wear-resistant alloys, and can assist with subsequent processes such as heat treatment and wear-resistant coating. Critical dimensions are achieved with high precision, and the surface finish is smooth.  We use coordinate measuring machines and other equipment for comprehensive inspection from start to finish, guaranteeing quality.


    The cooperation process with us is simple and clear. Initially, the client provides drawings of the non-standard parts, specifying their application and required performance. Our engineers will carefully communicate and confirm the details. Then, based on our capabilities and costs, we develop a processing plan, clearly outlining the materials, processing methods, and inspection procedures. Once the client approves, we begin production. During production, we provide regular updates on key steps, allowing clients to track progress. After completion, we conduct comprehensive testing using professional equipment and provide a report. Finally, we assist with logistics and delivery, and provide installation guidance. If there are any quality issues, we offer free repairs.

    Tangshan Yuexin Machinery has been processing metallurgical equipment for 22 years and is a veteran in the industry. Our metallurgical equipment covers almost all key stages of metallurgy, from start to finish.  For example, in the smelting process, blast furnaces are specifically used to smelt iron ore into iron, and converters then transform molten iron into steel; both can withstand high-temperature reaction environments. Electric arc furnaces are more flexible, capable of producing steel from scrap steel, adapting to changes in raw material supply. There are also refining furnaces that remove impurities from molten steel, resulting in higher purity steel. In terms of ingot casting and continuous casting equipment, continuous casting machines can directly cast molten steel into slabs and billets, much faster than traditional methods; mold casting equipment is suitable for producing special steels and large-section billets, resulting in exceptionally uniform internal structure.


    We also have a complete range of rolling and auxiliary conveying equipment. Hot rolling mills shape billets while they are hot, while cold rolling mills process at room temperature, resulting in more precise and smoother steel surfaces. Section rolling mills specialize in producing steel sections of various shapes, such as angle steel and channel steel, achieving the desired cross-section through multiple passes. For conveying, the steel billet inclined roller conveyor can transport billets in a specific direction, perfectly connecting the smelting and rolling stages; hydraulic ladle cars have high load capacity and can reliably transport ladles and billets under high temperature and heavy load conditions; and vibrating screening equipment can classify ores and steel slag, screening out impurities to ensure clean raw materials.


    Our metallurgical equipment offers several significant advantages. Components in contact with high-temperature materials use special refractory materials and wear-resistant alloys, capable of withstanding temperatures above 1000℃. The equipment structure is robust, able to withstand the heavy pressure of molten steel and billets, and is less prone to malfunctions. It is also equipped with control systems and sensors, allowing for precise adjustment of parameters such as temperature and pressure. With large equipment like our 8.5-meter CNC gantry machining center, we can also customize large non-standard parts.
