Heavy-duty billet transport roller conveyors

Tangshan Yuexin Machinery has been manufacturing machinery for 22 years, specializing in Steel Billet Transport Roller Conveyors used throughout the entire metallurgical process.  These roller conveyors are suitable for steel billet transportation in continuous casting, rolling, and heating furnace stages. They can handle various material specifications, including billets, slabs, and structural steel, serving as a core conveying equipment connecting different stages of the metallurgical process.

The Steel Billet Transport Roller Conveyor mainly consists of rollers, a transmission system, a frame, and a guiding device. The rollers are made of 27SiMn wear-resistant alloy or 45# steel, both heat-treated and precision-ground to a surface smoothness of Ra≤3.2μm. They can withstand the impact of high-temperature steel billets ranging from 600 to 1200℃, lasting 40% longer than ordinary rollers. The transmission system uses a variable frequency motor and gearbox combination, allowing for adjustable conveying speeds between 0.5 and 5 meters/minute to match different production rhythms.

The frame is welded from H-beam steel and stress-relieved, capable of supporting up to 50 tons. Adjustable guide plates are installed on both sides to prevent billet deviation, accommodating billets from 100 to 800 mm wide. The equipment also includes temperature sensors and deviation monitoring modules, which automatically trigger alarms in case of problems and can be integrated with the production line's central control system for automatic conveying scheduling.
