Traction can be achieved using chains or belts; the chains are made of 20Mn2 material, which is exceptionally strong, and the lifting speed is typically 1 to 3 meters per second.

The bucket elevator's drive system uses a variable frequency motor with a reducer, ensuring stable operation and allowing for adjustable feed rates. The casing is constructed from Q235 steel plates and includes inspection doors for easy maintenance. The tensioning device automatically adjusts tension to prevent slippage. It also features material level monitoring and overload alarms, and can be integrated with the production line's central control system. Lifting heights from 5 to 30 meters and conveying capacities from 10 to 100 cubic meters per hour can be customized to meet specific requirements.
