The frame is welded from Q345B steel plate, optimized using finite element analysis, with a parallelism error of ≤0.1mm/m; the roller system uses 27SiMn wear-resistant alloy with a hardness of HRC50-55 and is equipped with high-temperature resistant bearings; a dual cooling design ensures solidification of the cast billet; hydraulic pressing accuracy is ±0.05mm; and the transmission system is adapted to casting speeds of 0.8-2.0m/min.
The Casting Tapered Segment is designed for high-temperature and heavy-duty applications, suitable for operating conditions above 1000℃. It integrates a PLC control system for intelligent regulation and can be customized according to continuous casting machine models and billet specifications. We also offer refurbishment services for existing segments.
