We have abundant and advanced equipment resources, covering various types to meet different processing needs.

In terms of CNC machining equipment, we have CNC gantry machining centers from multiple brands. For example, the Taiwan Taizheng brand includes one unit with dimensions of 8.5m*4.6m*2m and a load capacity of 45 tons, one unit with dimensions of 6m*3m*1.5m and a load capacity of 25 tons, and one unit with dimensions of 3m*2m*1.05m and a load capacity of 15 tons. The Qingdao Yongji brand includes one unit with dimensions of 6m*3.2m*1.7m and a load capacity of 25 tons, and one unit with dimensions of 12m*8m*4m and a load capacity of 100 tons. There are also two CNC machining centers from the Dalian Machine Tool brand, with dimensions of 850mm*500mm*400mm and a load capacity of 25 tons. In addition, there is one Wuzhong brand 160-floor-type boring and milling machine, with dimensions of 6m*2.8m*1.25m and a load capacity of 100 tons.We also have a full range of CNC vertical and horizontal lathes. For instance, there is one model from Qiqihar brand vertical CNC lathe, 2.5m*1.6m, with a load capacity of 32 tons; one horizontal CNC lathe from Anyang Machine Tool, 3000mm*800mm, load capacity 6 tons; three horizontal CNC lathes from Dalian Machine Tool, 1500mm*400mm, load capacity 3 tons; and one horizontal CNC lathe from Dalian Heavy Industry, 17m*2.5m, load capacity 100 tons.For conventional horizontal lathes, we have one unit from Tianjin Second Machine Tool Factory with specifications of 11m*1m and a load capacity of 15 tons; several units from Anyang Machine Tool, including 8m*1m (15 tons), 3m*1.25m (10 tons), and 1.5m*1m (10 tons); and three units from Shenyang Machine Tool with dimensions of 3m*∅0.8m and a load capacity of 5 tons.We also have gear hobbing machines and slotting machines. The gear hobbing machine is from Chongqing Machine Tool Factory, with 2m and 20 modules, one unit; the slotting machine is from Fushun Machine Tool Factory, 500mm, one unit. There is one conventional gantry milling machine from Beijing First Machine Tool Factory, 3m*1m*1.2m, 20 tons; and a 110 digital display boring and milling machine from Kunming Machine Tool Factory, 1.5m*1m*1m, 5 tons.For grinding and drilling machines, we have two external cylindrical grinders from Shanghai Machine Tool Factory, 1.5m*0.35m; and drilling machines from Zhongjie Friendship Factory, one unit of 80mm, two units of 50mm.In terms of cutting and pressing equipment, we have a flame plasma cutting machine from Jiangsu brand, 24m*4m, one unit; stamping presses include one 300-ton unit from Wuxi Machine Tool Factory and one 100-ton unit from Tianjin Machine Tool Factory. There are two plate rolling machines with specifications of 2500mm*20mm.The overhead crane equipment is also sufficient, including one 100-ton unit, one 50-ton unit, two 32-ton units, one 20-ton unit, one 16-ton unit, and seven 10-ton units.
