The main body of the Crystallizer Vibration Frame is constructed from Q345B high-strength steel plate, integrally welded and stress-relieved through aging treatment. Reinforcing ribs are added to key areas, achieving a flatness error of ≤0.05mm/m, capable of withstanding the high-frequency vibration and lateral pressure of molten steel in the crystallizer. The vibration transmission components are made of 40Cr heat-treated steel, coupled with precision bearings, ensuring precise and controllable vibration frequency (0-500 times/min) and amplitude (0-10mm).
The Crystallizer Vibration Frame integrates a displacement sensor and PLC control system, monitoring vibration parameters in real time and supporting linkage with the continuous casting main control system to optimize the vibration curve for different steel grades. The connection surface between the frame and the crystallizer is precision-machined, ensuring strong adaptability and easy installation.
