Hot rolling mills shape billets while they are hot, while cold rolling mills process at room temperature, resulting in more precise and smoother steel surfaces. Section rolling mills specialize in producing steel sections of various shapes, such as angle steel and channel steel, achieving the desired cross-section through multiple passes. For conveying, the steel billet inclined roller conveyor can transport billets in a specific direction, perfectly connecting the smelting and rolling stages; hydraulic ladle cars have high load capacity and can reliably transport ladles and billets under high temperature and heavy load conditions; and vibrating screening equipment can classify ores and steel slag, screening out impurities to ensure clean raw materials.
Our metallurgical equipment offers several significant advantages. Components in contact with high-temperature materials use special refractory materials and wear-resistant alloys, capable of withstanding temperatures above 1000℃. The equipment structure is robust, able to withstand the heavy pressure of molten steel and billets, and is less prone to malfunctions. It is also equipped with control systems and sensors, allowing for precise adjustment of parameters such as temperature and pressure.
