Tangshan Yuexin Machinery has been doing machining for 22 years, specializing in manufacturing metallurgical ladle refining steel cars. This vehicle is used to transport molten steel between the refining furnace and the continuous casting machine. It can withstand high temperatures of over 1600℃ and is a key piece of equipment for ensuring uninterrupted steelmaking processes.
The core of the ladle refining steel car consists of four parts: the platform for holding the ladle, the hydraulic drive, the wheels, and the safety system. The platform is welded from high-strength steel plates and covered with refractory material, capable of bearing 100 to 300 tons, accommodating both large and small ladles. The hydraulic system uses core components from Bosch Rexroth, providing stable power and adjustable speed from 0 to 5 kilometers per hour.
The wheels have a reduction gear, and the tires are resistant to high temperatures and explosions. The car is highly maneuverable, capable of navigating even the most complex factory layouts. Safety is paramount, with infrared anti-collision, overload alarms, and early warning systems for potential ladle tipping. It operates safely under high temperature and heavy load conditions. It also features automatic control and remote scheduling, and can be integrated with refining and continuous casting equipment.
