The core of this straightening machine consists of four main parts: the straightening roller group, the hydraulic pressing device, the transmission system, and the intelligent control system. First, the straightening rollers are made of 27SiMn wear-resistant alloy steel. This steel has high strength and excellent wear resistance. After surface hardening, the hardness can reach HRC52-56. It can withstand the impact of hot cast products at 800-1000℃ and heavy loads without easily wearing out. The hydraulic pressing device uses Bosch Rexroth servo cylinders, which are the "power heart" of industrial equipment, offering extremely high control accuracy with a pressing error of only ±0.03 mm. It can adjust the roller spacing in real-time according to the thickness of the cast product. The transmission system uses a Siemens geared motor, allowing the pulling speed to be adjusted between 0.5 and 2.5 meters per minute, ensuring smooth and stable movement of the cast product without slippage.
The straightening machine is also equipped with several sensors that monitor the straightening force and the temperature of the roller surface in real-time. If any problems occur, it automatically alarms and shuts down to prevent defective products. Furthermore, it can be connected to the overall control system of the continuous casting line, allowing for synchronized parameter adjustments, which is very convenient.
