Industrial sintering trolleys for metallurgical plants
Tangshan Yuexin Machinery has been doing machining for 22 years, specializing in manufacturing the core component of metallurgical sintering – the Sintering Trolley. This device works in conjunction with the sintering machine, acting like a mobile "conveyor belt," carrying a mixture of iron ore and fuel into a high-temperature environment for sintering. If it malfunctions, the entire sintered ore production has to stop, making it extremely critical.
The Sintering Trolley mainly consists of four parts: the trolley body, grate bars, wheel assembly, and sealing device. The trolley body is welded from Q345B high-strength steel plate. This steel is strong and durable, and after treatment, it's virtually impossible to deform, capable of handling 30 to 80 tons. The grate bars are made of Cr25Ni20 heat-resistant steel, which can withstand temperatures above 1200℃. The ventilation slots on the grate bars are precisely made to ensure smooth airflow during sintering. The wheel assembly is equipped with high-temperature bearings, ensuring smooth operation even in hot workshops.
The Sintering Trolley also features a sophisticated sealing system. The flexible sealing plates fit tightly against the side panels, reducing air leakage to below 5%, significantly improving sintering efficiency. Positioning pins at both ends of the trolley ensure stable and precise operation when multiple trolleys are connected.
