Robust plate conveyors for heavy loads

Tangshan Yuexin Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., leveraging 22 years of machining experience, specializes in the research, development, and manufacturing of heavy-duty plate conveyors for the mining and metallurgical industries.  These conveyors are designed for transporting heavy and highly abrasive materials such as large ore chunks, steel billets, and high-temperature slag, connecting processes such as crushing, smelting, and rolling. They are core equipment for material transfer in harsh working conditions.

The core components of the plate conveyor include the conveyor chain plates, drive system, frame, and guiding device. The chain plates are made of 16Mn or high-manganese steel, integrally stamped and formed, with a surface hardness of HRC45-50 after quenching treatment, providing impact resistance and wear resistance. Each chain plate can bear a load of up to 500kg. The drive system uses a heavy-duty geared motor and sprocket drive, suitable for conveying speeds of 0.2-1m/s, ensuring stable power output.

The plate conveyor frame is welded from H-beam steel and treated with anti-corrosion coating, suitable for various outdoor and workshop environments.  Side guide plates prevent material deviation, and a bottom receiving trough prevents material leakage. The equipment integrates overload protection and chain plate tension monitoring systems, supports PLC control and linkage with production lines. Conveying length (5-100m) and chain plate width (600-2000mm) can be customized as needed.
