The buckets are made of high-strength manganese steel or wear-resistant rubber, the transmission system uses a hardened gear reducer and 45# steel sprockets, and the casing is made of Q355B steel. After CNC machining and dynamic balancing, they can lift up to 50 meters and transport up to 500 tons of material per hour. Motor power ranges from 5.5 kW to 55 kW. Whether it's ore, coal, cement, or grain, it can transport any bulk granular or powdered material. It operates reliably in environments ranging from -20°C to 120°C, as well as in dusty and humid conditions.
