It provides stable conveying and steering of steel billets ranging from 800 to 1200℃, regardless of whether they are square, round, or plate-shaped.

Models include the YX-GP-800 and YX-GP-1200 series, with tilt angles adjustable from 3° to 15°, roller diameters from 150 to 300 mm, and conveyor speeds adjustable from 0.1 to 2 m/s. A single roller can bear a load of 5 to 30 tons, and roller conveyor lengths from 3 to 20 meters can be extended by splicing. Basically, any customer requirement can be met.

The advantages of this Steel Billet Inclined Conveyor Belt are truly substantial: the rollers are forged from a single piece of 35CrMoV heat-resistant alloy steel, and undergo tempering and surface quenching, resulting in high hardness and durability even at high temperatures. It can withstand the impact and wear of steel billets and has been used for over 18,000 hours without problems. Each roller has an independent frequency converter drive, coupled with photoelectric positioning, ensuring exceptionally accurate billet placement with an error of ±10 mm. Positioning efficiency is 40% higher than traditional horizontal roller conveyors. The rollers are hollow inside for heat dissipation, and the bearing housings have labyrinth seals and forced air cooling, effectively blocking high temperatures and iron oxide scale. The bearing operating temperature does not exceed 80℃, resulting in 70% fewer failures than before. Furthermore, the rollers are quick-release, allowing replacement without disassembling the entire frame. An intelligent monitoring system provides real-time monitoring of roller temperature, speed, and bearing status, providing early warnings of potential malfunctions and saving 60% of maintenance time.
