This intelligent hydraulic Tiltable Steel Ladle is a core piece of equipment for precise molten steel pouring in the metallurgical and casting industry. It was independently developed by Yuexin Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in collaboration with a metallurgical design institute.  It adopts an integrated design of "hydraulic drive tilting + intelligent angle control + multiple safety protection," enabling stable transportation and precise 0-90° tilting and discharge of high-temperature molten steel at 1500-1650℃.

Product Features


Precise and controllable tilting: Equipped with an electro-hydraulic proportional servo valve and angle sensor, forming a closed-loop control system, achieving a tilting angle positioning accuracy of ±0.5°; supports both remote and local operation modes, and allows for pre-setting multiple tilting angle positions to adapt to different pouring scenarios, controlling discharge flow error within ±3%. Superior Structural Strength: The ladle body is integrally rolled from Q960 high-strength steel plate, and undergoes submerged arc automatic welding and flaw detection, with a 100% weld qualification rate; the trunnions are forged from 42CrMo alloy steel, and after heat treatment, the tensile strength is ≥1000MPa, capable of withstanding the combined load during tilting without risk of deformation or fracture.


Comprehensive High-Temperature Protection: The inner lining adopts a composite structure of "high-alumina corundum brick + heat-insulating castable + anti-seepage layer," with an Al₂O₃ content of ≥90%, improving resistance to molten steel erosion by 60%; the outside of the ladle body is equipped with a water-cooling jacket and heat shield, keeping the outer wall temperature ≤60℃, and the hydraulic system has a high-temperature shielding cover to ensure normal operation of components.


Strict Safety Guarantees: Equipped with a hydraulic lock and mechanical anti-fall pin double safety mechanism, automatically locking the tilting mechanism in case of sudden power failure; equipped with molten steel temperature measurement, liquid level monitoring, and pressure alarm devices, providing real-time feedback on operating status, meeting the Level 1 standard of the "Metallurgical Safety Production Regulations."

Widely used in steel metallurgy (converter/electric furnace molten steel pouring, continuous casting tundish replenishment), heavy casting (large machine tool beds, wind power flange casting), special steel production (mold steel, stainless steel precision casting), and other fields. It is especially suitable for the production of precision castings requiring high pouring speed and flow control, as well as automated production lines with multi-station rotating pouring, providing core support for efficient, safe, and precise molten steel pouring.
