It innovatively adopts a double-lip oil seal + labyrinth gap dual-sealing structure, which effectively prevents metallurgical dust, steel slag particles, and cooling water from entering, extending the bearing's service life by more than 50%. The mounting holes are precision machined on a CNC boring machine, with the hole diameter tolerance controlled at H7 grade, ensuring a ≥99% fit with the bearing outer ring and preventing axial movement during operation. In the machining stage, CNC lathes and boring machines work together, controlling the roundness error of mounting holes to ≤0.01mm and the parallelism of end faces to ≤0.02mm/m, ensuring assembly accuracy meets standards.
