High-strength double-beam structure: The Double-Beam Sintering Trolley frame adopts a Q690 high-strength steel double-beam welded structure, and undergoes overall aging treatment to eliminate welding stress, with a bending strength of up to 1200MPa; the crossbeams and longitudinal beams are connected using a mortise and tenon joint, reinforced with stiffeners, ensuring no deformation under heavy load and high-temperature conditions, and smooth and unobstructed trolley operation.

Excellent wear-resistant grate bar and discharge performance: The grate bars are cast from ZG35Cr24Ni7SiN heat-resistant and wear-resistant steel, and the surface is treated with aluminizing, increasing high-temperature wear resistance by 50%; the grate bars adopt a staggered arrangement design, with a ventilation area of over 35%, ensuring uniform sintering and reducing material leakage, with a leakage rate controlled within 0.5%.

Excellent sealing performance: A "elastic plate + graphite" composite sealing structure is used between the trolleys, and a side sealing device is equipped between the trolley and the track, effectively isolating the sintering flue gas from leaking out and reducing energy consumption; the sealing components are made of high-temperature resistant elastic materials, with a service life of over 8000 hours, reducing frequent replacement costs. Low Operating and Maintenance Costs: The wheels of the Double-Beam Sintering Trolley are forged from 42CrMo alloy steel, with a surface hardness of HRC58-62 after quenching treatment.  Combined with imported high-temperature resistant bearings, the failure rate is reduced by 80%; the grate bars feature a quick-release installation design, increasing replacement efficiency by 70%, and reducing the annual maintenance cost per trolley by 40%.
