Product Feature And Application


The tilting mechanism of this Tiltable Iron Water Ladle is very convenient, driven either by a hydraulic cylinder or an electric push rod. Both methods are very stable, allowing for precise angle adjustment.  Furthermore, the tilting mechanism has a self-locking function. In case of a sudden power outage or hydraulic oil failure, it can stably stop at the current angle without suddenly falling, ensuring high safety.


The lining inside the ladle isn't just simply laid bricks; it's a two-layer construction process, with a cast layer first, followed by a brick lining on the outside. This "double-layer protection" process is extremely reliable. It's resistant to erosion even when constantly immersed in high-temperature molten iron, remaining sturdy for three to five years – its durability is exceptional. When tilting and pouring molten iron, there's absolutely no splashing, and there's no worry about the mechanism suddenly losing control and shaking. Operators working nearby feel completely secure. It also features a tilting angle monitoring system, clearly displaying the current angle on the screen, making it especially suitable for casting operations in foundries that require precise control of molten iron volume.

Tilting Mechanism: Driven by a hydraulic cylinder or electric push rod, the transmission is completely stable and powerful, with extremely precise angle control; the built-in self-locking device maintains the angle even in case of power or hydraulic failure.


Ladle Body Structure: The outer shell is made of rolled and welded steel plates, with all welds specially inspected and free of defects; the bottom and walls of the ladle have a composite structure of "cast layer + brick lining," providing excellent sealing and doubled corrosion resistance.


Trunnion Assembly: The trunnion is machined from a single piece of forged steel and heat-treated after welding to the ladle body, making it both strong and tough. It can stably withstand the complex forces involved during the tilting of the molten iron ladle. Safety design: The ladle is equipped with an anti-detachment device and a cushioning mechanism, ensuring stability whether it's being lifted by a crane or tilting to pour molten iron; it's also equipped with a temperature monitoring instrument that can continuously monitor the temperature of critical parts of the ladle body, allowing for timely detection and prevention of accidents in case the lining is about to burn through.
