In short, these are the kinds of jobs that standard machine shops are often unwilling or unable to handle.

Tangshan Yuexin’s workshop features an 8.5m × 4.6m × 2m CNC gantry machining center capable of clamping large box-type components and machine frames in a single setup. Heavy-duty horizontal lathes handle the turning of long shaft components like mixing shafts and drive shafts, while floor-type boring machines manage hole-pattern machining for large structural parts. Additionally, a 100-ton overhead crane ensures the smooth transfer of heavy workpieces between processing stages. The two biggest headaches in custom machining—equipment limitations and lifting constraints—are essentially non-issues here.
Beyond equipment, clients place great value on delivery reliability. Tangshan Yuexin follows a straightforward process: upon receiving blueprints, the team conducts a technical review—converting German or American standard drawings to domestic conventions and confirming requirements for materials, heat treatment, and surface finishing—before quoting a price and delivery date. Once the first unit is completed, photos and inspection records are sent to the client for approval before batch production begins. Welded components undergo flaw detection before leaving the factory, and exposed surfaces receive a uniform spray coating; the goal is to ensure parts are ready for immediate installation upon delivery, thereby minimizing the need for on-site rework.
Export orders have become a regular part of the factory's business over the past two years. The equipment is treated with anti-rust measures and secured in wooden crates in compliance with maritime shipping standards, with dedicated personnel handling export documentation and customs clearance procedures. Since the beginning of the year, multiple batches of export orders—spanning categories such as heavy structural components and wear-resistant parts—have been delivered on schedule, consistently meeting customer acceptance standards.
Regarding the inquiries received this September, several have already progressed to the quotation and sample confirmation stages, and the workshop is currently verifying production capacity to schedule output for the fourth quarter. For Tangshan Yuexin, overseas orders represent an increasing share of total business volume; in the realm of custom machining, success ultimately hinges on three core pillars: equipment capabilities, manufacturing processes, and delivery reliability.
