Yuexin's high-angle belt conveyors use high-quality materials. The frame is made of Q355B high-strength steel, making it robust and durable, and resistant to deformation even under heavy loads. The drive rollers are made of 42CrMo material with a rubber-coated anti-slip surface, providing excellent friction. Combined with a high-power geared motor, slippage is absolutely prevented during feeding. The conveyor belt is made of wear-resistant rubber, and the idler rollers have sealed bearings, offering excellent dust and water resistance and a lifespan of over 20,000 hours, while also simplifying routine maintenance.

Belt widths range from 800 mm to 2400 mm, with single units reaching up to 300 meters in length, and multiple units can be connected for operation. Our factory's High-Angle Belt Conveyor can convey up to 5000 tons of material per hour, with speeds adjustable freely between 0.8 and 4 meters per second, offering exceptional flexibility. Standard models can achieve a maximum tilt angle of 18 degrees, and for special working conditions, anti-slip devices can be installed. It can handle materials such as ore, coal, and steel slag, and can handle complex tasks like climbing slopes, turning, and enclosed conveying.

We closely oversee everything from design to after-sales service. Engineers design customized solutions based on material conditions, conveying distance, and site conditions. Core components are CNC machined, and critical welds are ultrasonically inspected before proceeding. The High-Angle Belt Conveyor is modularly assembled, allowing for quick and precise installation. Before leaving the factory, it undergoes 72 hours of no-load operation and 24 hours of load testing to ensure stable operation. We also provide installation guidance, operation training and regular inspections. We have a sufficient stock of vulnerable parts and can respond quickly to any problems.
