Our Hybrid Bucket Elevators are made with high-quality materials and feature comprehensive configurations. The hopper is constructed from composite wear-resistant materials, with key components reinforced with manganese steel and less stressful areas weighted with nylon. It's both wear-resistant and lightweight, with a lifespan of over 12,000 hours.


Unloading can switch between centrifugal and gravity modes, leaving very little material—less than 0.6%. The transmission system is dual-mode and includes intelligent overload protection, resulting in a 40% lower failure rate than ordinary systems, making it worry-free to use. The casing is made of Q355B material with a modular design and numerous maintenance windows, making disassembly and maintenance convenient and preventing dust escape, thus meeting environmental standards.

Product Feature And Application


The Hybrid Bucket Elevator is quite capable, lifting materials up to 60 meters high and transporting up to 400 tons per hour. It can handle abrasive materials like ore and coal, as well as finer materials like grain, fertilizer, and feed. It's adaptable to various environments, operating normally from -25°C to 100°C, and can withstand dusty, humid, or high-temperature conditions.


It can handle transporting ore and steel slag in mines and metallurgical plants, and delivering grain and chemical raw materials in grain depots and chemical plants. For upgrading older production lines, it can directly replace aging single-function bucket elevators, allowing a single production line to handle multiple materials and adapt to different operating conditions, helping to save on equipment investment.
