The working principle of Yuexin's Scraper Conveyor is very practical: it relies on a scraper chain for continuous traction, combined with a sealed trough to transport materials. Whether it's coal, ore, or grain, these bulk materials can be transported continuously and efficiently.

It offers series such as SGZ-630 and SGZ-764 (SGZ stands for scraper conveyor with a central double-chain structure). Conveying lengths range from 50 to 300 meters, with a capacity of 200 to 1500 tons of material per hour. Motor power ranges from 90 kW to 500 kW, and scraper chain speed is approximately 0.8 to 1.2 meters per second, allowing for slight deviations, generally not exceeding ±5% of the design value. Equipment weight varies from 15 to 80 tons, and specific parameters can be customized to customer requirements.
