The Apron Conveyor's load-bearing capacity is truly exceptional. The scales are made of high-manganese steel or wear-resistant alloys, forged and heat-treated, allowing a single scale to carry 1 to 5 tons of lumpy material. The chain is a high-strength roller chain, rigidly connected to the scales, capable of withstanding the impact of falling material and ensuring stable operation. Whether it's lumpy or granular materials no larger than 500 mm, or high-temperature materials no higher than 300℃, or easily abrasive materials, it can handle them all with ease.

The Apron Conveyor's structural design is also exceptionally flexible, capable of horizontal conveying or climbing inclines (up to 30°). The casing is tightly sealed, preventing material leakage and dust, and its modular design allows for easy assembly and disassembly, with customizable layouts to meet specific needs. The scales are available in flat and ribbed types, secured to the chain with bolts or welds, providing both anti-slip and wear-resistant properties, and ensuring stable traction. The motor, reducer, and sprockets work together with exceptional precision, ensuring smooth power transmission and a long machine lifespan.
