The Transportation Chain-Type Cold Bed uses chain drive, allowing for continuous workpiece feeding, unlike older equipment that frequently stops. This significantly increases the speed of the production line and improves efficiency. The cooling area is divided into several sections, each with independently adjustable temperature control, coupled with optimized air circulation, ensuring uniform cooling of all parts of the workpiece. This maintains consistent hardness and toughness, preventing inconsistencies in product quality.

Regardless of the size or shape of the workpiece, the Transportation Chain-Type Cold Bed automatically adjusts the feeding speed and cooling intensity based on workpiece size and real-time temperature, eliminating the need for repeated manual adjustments and handling various production situations. The equipment continuously monitors key parameters such as chain tension and temperature, providing timely alerts if potential problems are detected.
