This Roller-Type Cooling Bed uses a roller disc transport structure, where the rolled product and the roller disc are in rolling contact. This not only reduces resistance during transport but also protects the surface of the rolled product, preventing scratches and deformation. At the same time, the cooling area features a layered airflow design, and the rotation of the roller discs drives air circulation, ensuring uniform cooling of every part of the rolled product and more stable product performance.

The Roller-Type Cooling Bed offers high flexibility in adjustment. By simply adjusting the rotation speed and spacing of the roller discs, it can adapt to rolled products of different sizes and specifications, fully meeting diverse production needs. In addition, the equipment is equipped with a monitoring system that can real-time monitor key data such as the temperature and rotation speed of the roller discs.  It can automatically alert and adjust in case of problems, ensuring stable operation of the equipment.

Roller Assembly: The rollers are precision cast and surface-hardened, resulting in a smooth and highly wear-resistant surface. The low friction when in contact with the rolled material protects the surface of the workpiece.

Drive System: Composed of a motor, reducer, and drive chain, the system operates smoothly and precisely controls the speed and direction of the rollers, ensuring orderly transport of the rolled material.

Bed Layout: The rollers on the bed are arranged in a matrix pattern with adjustable spacing, accommodating different sizes of rolled materials and ensuring they remain flat during cooling.

Control System: Equipped with a PLC and touchscreen control platform, the system allows direct setting of roller speed and cooling parameters on the screen.  Equipment operating status is displayed in real-time. It can also identify faults and store previous operating data.
