Additionally, we customized a tire coupling with a specialized bore diameter for an open-pit coal mine in North China. This solution resolved a critical issue for the client: a mismatch between the coupling and the drive shaft within the slewing mechanism of their aging electric shovel. By utilizing 3D laser scanning to precisely map the dimensions of the original shaft, we optimized the fit tolerances and keyway design. Furthermore, we employed 42CrMo alloy steel to enhance the strength of the coupling flanges. The delivered product offered easy installation, provided significant shock-absorbing effects, and effectively reduced operational vibrations within the equipment.

Quality Inspection:

Component failures in industrial equipment often result in costly downtime losses. Therefore, our quality

control measures are integrated throughout the entire parts processing workflow:

1. Incoming Material Inspection: Before entering our facility, all raw materials undergo testing for chemical composition and mechanical properties to ensure full compliance with industry standards.

2. In-Process Inspection:At critical stages of the manufacturing process, our quality inspection team conducts spot checks on key parameters—such as dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and gear profile precision—to promptly identify and correct any deviations.
