In the blanking area, a flame plasma cutting machine is cutting thick plates. Thick plate cutting is completed within the factory, eliminating the need for external shipment. The cut materials are pressed and straightened on a press, drilled and tapped on a drilling machine, and after the blanks are formed, they enter the riveting and welding process. Assembly, welding, and jointing are smooth. The processes are concentrated in the factory, ensuring controllable delivery times and clear quality responsibilities.
The large CNC equipment in the workshop is divided according to part type. Flat parts are mainly handled by the CNC gantry machining center, which covers a range of sizes including 8m × 12.5m × 4m, 8.5m × 4.6m × 2m, 6m × 3.2m × 1.7m, 6m × 3m × 1.5m, and 3m × 2m × 1m. Large components such as the bed, frame, and worktable are directly machined onto the gantry. A floor-type boring and milling machine with a 6-meter travel is used for boring and milling large box-shaped parts and bases; the fully closed-loop CNC boring and milling machining center offers stable positioning accuracy and is used for precision parts with strict dimensional requirements.
Rotating parts are processed on a separate line. A 2.5m x 17m heavy-duty CNC horizontal lathe is specifically designed for rolls, roller bodies, and long shafts. With a 17m length, multiple processes can be completed in a single clamping operation. Two vertical lathes, one 2.5m x 1.6m and the other 1.6m x 1m, are available; one large and one small, for discs, flanges, and end caps, categorized by specifications. A standard horizontal lathe has a machining length of 8 meters and a maximum machining diameter of 1 meter, used for rough machining and repair fittings.
Lifting is an essential part of large-part processing. A 100-ton overhead crane can handle the loading, turning, and clamping of large workpieces, and also provides support for the riveting and welding assembly of large structural components. For workpieces weighing tens or even hundreds of tons, customers can have raw materials delivered to the factory and finished products shipped out, eliminating the need for multiple manufacturers.
